If you already know your ring size:

Check the chart below to see whether that size corresponds to the measurements used by BLUE & SAND. All rings on this website are based on the Korean ring sizing chart (updated KS Standard).

Please bear in mind that the following charts are provided as reference to give you a general idea of your ring size and does not contain any guarantees as to its accuracy.

If you don't know your ring size:

Don't worry - you can easily measure your ring size at home with just a few materials! Just have the following ready:

Option 1: Measuring tape

Gently wrap the measuring tape around the thickest part of your knuckle. The measuring tape should neither be too tight nor too loose, and you should measure the finger which you will wear the ring most frequently in. Record the measurements and find your ring size using the chart below.

Option 2: Ruler, string/paper, pen/pencil

Gently wrap the string or paper around the thickest part of your knuckle. The string or paper should neither be too tight nor too loose, and you should measure the finger which you will wear the ring most frequently in. Use a pen or pencil to mark the part where the paper/string meets, and record the measurements using a ruler. Find your ring size using the chart below.

Option 3: Existing ring

If you have an existing ring that fits you well, you can use a ruler to measure the inner diameter of the ring, and find your ring size using the chart below.

 Points to note:

  • If you are between two sizes, we advise you to choose the bigger size.
  • We also recommend that you measure your ring size when you are in a normal physical condition. Your fingers may thin in the morning or when exposed to cold weather, whereas they may swell after exercising, drinking alcohol, during pregnancy or due to other physical conditions.
  • The most common sizes for women are between 9 to 14, while the most common sizes for men are between 16 to 20.
