Engraving 

1. Necklaces

For necklaces, we can add an engraving at the back of the necklace unless this is not possible due to the design of the necklace (e.g. Charlotte Silk & Gold Necklace, Clip Necklace, Staccato Beads & Chain Necklace)

Indicate the following in the textbox provided on the product page:

  • Name of your desired font: The engraving can be in any standard Microsoft Word font. If no particular font is indicated, we will use a standard Edwardian script (pictured below).
  • The message you wish to engrave: We can engrave up to 10 characters (including numbers and/or keyboard symbols), in any language.

2. Rings

For rings, we can add an engraving on the surface of the ring. However, this may not be possible if the ring has a textured surface (e.g. Golden Cord Ring) or is otherwise unsuitable for engraving. 

Indicate the following in the textbox provided:

  • Name of your desired font: The engraving can be in any standard Microsoft Word font. If no particular font is indicated, we will use a standard Edwardian script. 
  • The message you wish to engrave: We can engrave up to 15 letters / characters (including numbers and/or keyboard symbols), in any language.

 

Other customisation options

Please enquire for the following customisation options and we will provide a quote.  If the engraving or customisation request is essential to your purchase decision, we advise you to contact us before making your purchase.

  • Stone type / colour - if you like a particular design but want it in a different stone option (e.g. sapphire instead of diamonds; blue diamonds instead of white diamonds)
  • Necklace / bracelet length - if you would like a longer or shorter chain
  • Ring size - if you cannot find your ring size among the available size options
  • Other customisation requests - We are happy to discuss any other customisation options and accommodate your requests as much as possible.

Engraving / Customisation Costs

After receiving your engraving / customisation request or enquiry, we will contact you separately to confirm and assess your request. We will provide a quote and whether the desired customisation is possible. 
For a rule of thumb, engraving will cost around 20 AUD each. Other customisation requests will vary. An additional cost may apply due to the type of stone requested or the increase in gold content.
