Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship your products to? 

We offer shipping worldwide, subject to the shipping regulations of each individual country. If we cannot send a product to you due to your country's shipping regulations, we will offer you a full refund of your purchase.

 

Are there any additional shipping fees?

Great news for you - we offer free shipping on all of our products!

 

What about international taxes and duties?

Unfortunately, we are unable to control these costs and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges applicable under local regulations of the recipient country once they are sent off.

 

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Aside from a small stock of ready-to-ship products, all of our products are made to order to reduce waste of any materials. This means that, upon placement of your order, your product is handcrafted by artisans, which takes around 1-1.5 weeks. Adding the time required for international delivery from South Korea, this means you will receive your product in around 3-4 weeks upon placing your order.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just send us an email within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request a refund. We will send you step-by-step guide on how to proceed with your request. 

Products offered on sale and some of the customised products are non-refundable / non-exchangeable (please email us at order@blueandsand.com if you wish to confirm this with your product).

 

Repair

Do you offer repair services?

Yes! As stated in the Quality Guarantee Card you receive with your purchase, repair services can be requested within 1 year of date of purchase stated on the back of the card. If you wish to request for repair, please send us an email at order@blueandsand.com with your order number as well as a photo of your quality guarantee card and item requiring repair. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
